Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor (8+ PQE) - Suffolk
We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE to join a leading regional firm ranked in the Legal 500. Based in Suffolk, you will handle a diverse and high-value caseload and play a key role in growing the practice.Key responsibilitiesManage and lead commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters from instruction through to conclusion, including contractual and shareholder/partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery and injunction work.Provide strategic, commercially-focused advice to clients, assessing risk, strategy and cost effectiveness.Represent clients in mediation, hearings and other ADR forums, and if required, court or tribunal proceedings.Develop long term client relationships, contribute to business development and support the growth of the team and department.Mentor and guide junior colleagues and assist in shaping the department's strategy and profile.About youQualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 8 years' post-qualification experience in dispute resolution/commercial litigation.Proven track record of managing significant files independently and delivering results for clients.Excellent drafting, advocacy (or ADR) and negotiation skills; strong technical knowledge combined with commercial awareness.Confident in client-facing roles, comfortable developing business and working collaboratively across teams.High level of organisation, able to prioritise and work effectively under pressure in a demanding environment.What we offerA well-established Legal 500-ranked team, with strong reputation for quality work and client service.The opportunity to handle wide ranging, challenging disputes in a regional hub, with visibility and real influence.Clear prospects for progression and recognition, including participation in BD and leadership of major files.Competitive salary and benefits package, hybrid working model and flexible working arrangements suited to a senior role.Location & working pattern
