In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving smarter decisions and shaping the future of our operations, from Roadside Assistance to our Contact Centres.
You'll dive into big data, build powerful models, and collaborate with teams across the business to uncover performance trends and identify root causes. Your insights will help us forecast more accurately and operate more efficiently, optimizing how we deploy our people and services for better customer outcomes.
With your strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI, you’ll translate data into clear, actionable analytics that will shape strategic decisions and operational improvements.
What You Will Do...
* Provide detailed insights into operational performance variance at both macro and micro levels.
* Liaise with key business areas to ensure that inputs into forecasting are up-to-date and understood.
* Conduct performance analysis of cost and service drivers to identify transformation and business improvement opportunities.
* Offer analytical support and insights into day-to-day trading issues and opportunities.
* Focus predominantly on Roadside and Contact Centre productivity, quality, and service levels.
What You Will Need...
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be a natural problem-solver who loves diving deep into data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
You will also need:
* Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Power platforms.
* Experience with various data analysis approaches and statistical modeling, including planning and quality assessment of data from diverse sources.
* An appreciation for building machine learning models using techniques such as forecasting, time series analysis, and optimization.
* The ability to present insights clearly, instilling confidence and clarity in your audience.
* Skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.
* Impeccable attention to detail.
* Experience using machine learning and advanced analytics to solve business problems.
