Ready to take your technical career to the next level and help transform the way the UK recycles?

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our growing UK team and take the lead on technical initiatives for TOMRA’s Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs). This is a Greenfields opportunity within a global organisation, offering you the chance to shape processes and make a real impact.

You will interface with customers, technicians, and system users, acting as one of the technical go-to experts and a product specialist for our UK Service Team. In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with other team members as a key conduit between TOMRA Collection UK and our global team headquartered in Norway.

As our TPM for the UK, you will:

1. Act as the local technical lead for RVM installations and upgrades.
2. Manage technical projects from planning through to execution.
3. Serve as the go-to technical expert for TOMRA products and systems.
4. Analyse data from installed RVMs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
5. Provide technical input on machine capabilities and configuration options.
6. Deliver comprehensive training to technicians and service representatives, ensuring teams are well-equipped with current knowledge and future product developments.
7. Ensure compliance with TOMRA’s safety standards and UK regulations.
