Overview
In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-person contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company. You will be expected to keep up to date with all the latest products and promotions to maximise sales opportunities, you will also be required to manage key accounts, actively maintain relationships, and obtain new clients.
LKQ Leisure & Marine are the UK's leading aftermarket distributor of parts and accessories to the static & touring caravan, motorhome and marine sectors. The group comprises five brands: LKQ Arleigh (suppliers to the caravan, lodge & holiday home industry), LKQ Nova (trade supplies to the motorhome and specialist vehicle markets), LKQ ASAP Supplies, LKQ Aquafax, and LKQ Midland Chandlers (suppliers to both the inland and offshore marine markets).
Responsibilities
* Greet and serve customers, being polite, patient and helpful from the moment they enter the branch
* Work on SOP system and handle customers' transactions
* Deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPIs in line with business goals
* Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and deliver a customer-first culture
* Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures
* Keep the branch clean, tidy, well presented and re-stocked
* Assist the Branch Manager with obtaining and maintaining customer relationships
* Demonstrate a passion for and experience in delivering excellent customer service
* Have previous experience in a sales advisory or customer service role
* Have an interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry
* Good communication skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
* Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve
* Knowledge of SOP systems
* Be result-driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets

Qualifications
* Prevous experience in a sales advisor / customer service position
* Interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry
* Strong communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
