Reporting into the Operations Manager you will play a key role in driving our mission forward by supporting the safe and efficient operation of Colnbrook Depot's waste collection services while carrying out supervisory duties.
What will you do
1. Support the supervision of employees, promoting professionalism, positive morale, and ongoing development.
2. Apply all Compliance, Health & Safety, and HR policies consistently, while actively promoting strong safety and security awareness.
3. Deliver effective training for new starters and identify ongoing training needs across the team.
4. Address issues promptly and maintain accurate attendance records.
