Redcar and Cleveland College is a vibrant, forward-facing college recently awarded Outstanding by Ofsted. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef Manager to join our Catering team reporting to our Operations Manager. We are a friendly, hardworking team providing an excellent catering service for staff and students at RCC.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook lunch, manage a budget and day-to-day costs.
* Provide a quality hospitality service and manage and train the catering team.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* 706/1 and 2 or equivalent qualification is preferable.
