Do you want to work on residential and mixed-use projects for national housebuilders and developer clients, gaining hands-on experience while developing your technical capability? You will play an active role in supporting the production of high-quality technical drawings and documentation, working closely with experienced technicians and project leaders in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will contribute to the preparation of working drawings and technical information, interpret client briefs, and develop your understanding of Building Regulations and technical standards. You will gain exposure to live projects and take on increasing responsibility as your skills grow. This role would suit a Graduate or Trainee Architectural Technician who has gained some experience though a placement year or similar.
