What you’ll do on a typical day:
Process daily orders accurately using WMS and delivery systems
* Manage goods-in, returns and despatch administration functions
* Coordinate and release order/ route picks, ensuring smooth workflow
* Prepare and compile driver paperwork packs for delivery crews
* Monitor and control carrier returns, maintaining system accuracy
* Ensure all site reports and administrative tasks are completed on time
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Strong administrative experience, ideally in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
* Experience using WMS systems (Calidus/Wickes experience desirable)
* Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office/Google applications
* Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, team-focused attitude
