General Manager
to take full responsibility for the performance and success of a thriving leisure venue. What You'll Be Doing: Leading a high-performing team and fostering a positive, customer-focused culture
Driving operational excellence across all departments
Managing budgets, P&L, and ensuring strong commercial performance
Overseeing health & safety, compliance, and day-to-day standards
Developing local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and engagement
Ensuring every guest enjoys a first-class experience, every time
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in leisure, hospitality, or a similar high-footfall environment
Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills
Commercially savvy with hands-on financial management (P&L experience essential)
Organised, results-driven, and great under pressure
Confident managing change, solving problems, and driving performance
