We are searching for an enthusiastic and driven SEN Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a group of supportive primary schools in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. What You’ll Do
* Work directly with students, some of which have a range of special educational needs, providing tailored support both individually and in small groups
* Lead engaging intervention sessions designed to help students reach their full potential
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to help create individualised learning plans that support the specific needs of each student
* Be an integral part of a team that’s committed to providing the best educational experience for all pupils
* Help monitor and track students’ progress, ensuring they are receiving the support they need to thrive
What We’re Looking For
* A degree with a 2:2 or above
* A genuine passion for supporting young people and aspiring to be a teacher
* A proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to learning and teachingl
* An ability to inspire and motivate students, creating a positive, supportive environment
* Previous experience in a TA or SEN role is a plus, but not essential – we’ll support your development
