Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role combines patient care and commercial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patient safety, and business growth. Responsibilities include managing pharmacy targets, leading the pharmacy team, ensuring compliance with GPhC standards, and maintaining high standards of customer service and clinical governance.
The role offers support from in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical and service queries.
