The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This is a small team, looking to grow, you will have 1 report at the moment.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Management and employee relations.
* Manage compensation and benefits including payroll.
* Develop and monitor HR processes and procedures across the organization.
* Manage company ERP system and recruitment tools
* Onboarding of new employees.
Qualifications
* CIPD level 5
* 5 years + of experience in HR or related field
* Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
