As PA to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting high-level decision-making. This role is dynamic and varied no two days are the same. You'll need to stay one step ahead, anticipate needs, and keep everything running like clockwork.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communications and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and providing essential support for strategic decisions.
* Managing complex diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements with precision.
* Liaising with the company's IT provider to ensure seamless technology support for the CEO and executive team.
* Supporting key projects and initiatives that drive business growth.
* Handling all matters with professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior-level support role.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to liaise effectively with IT providers and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
* A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 - 5pm
Salary: up to £35,000
Contract duration: This role will be until December 2025, with a possibility for an extension or a permanent role at the end of this period.
