The Role
As a Care Team Leader, you’ll take on the rewarding responsibility of ensuring our residents receive exceptional, person-centred care at all times. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will:
1. Lead and support staff throughout each shift
2. Oversee staff allocations and daily care coordination
3. Administer medication and maintain accurate records
4. Conduct care assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
5. Foster a positive, empowering, and collaborative team environment
6. Your leadership will have a direct, meaningful impact on the well-being and happiness of the residents we support.
