Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Assistant Technical Manager / QA Manager to join a site-based technical team at our food manufacturing facility in Norfolk. This role supports the delivery of high standards in food safety, quality, legality and customer compliance, working closely with production, hygiene and operational teams on the factory floor. The Assistant Technical Manager plays a key role in ensuring that products consistently meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements, while helping to maintain and improve technical systems and processes. This is a hands-on position, well suited to someone looking to develop their technical career in a fast-paced, customer-driven manufacturing environment.
