Responsibilities: Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups, including those with special educational needs. Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Support the assessment and monitoring of student progress. Prepare and maintain classroom resources and materials. Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as lunch and break times. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience working with children with as a HLTA Relevant High Level Teaching Assistant qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
