ARE YOU A SALES PROFESSIONAL OR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE SELLING INTO THE CIVILS, CIVILS MERCHANTS OR UTILITIES SECTOR?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established manufacturer who pride themselves on being a brand associated with quality. They have a fantastic reputation within their industry and they offer a varied role within a great team environment.

The role would suit sales, new business development or key account managers with experience within the civils or utilities industry sectors. Applicants will have a proven track record of key account management and new business development. Sales professionals with experience working for a manhole covers and frames manufacturer or distributor in the relevant region will have a considerable advantage and are encouraged to apply.

Reporting to the Foundry Division Director, you will be responsible for securing new business and building strong relationships with existing customers. You will promote the development of new products and markets. As part of your role you will suggest and make recommendations for new products and services based on your market knowledge in the field and upon competitors trends. You will negotiate price and terms, managing gross profit margins across all accounts and prepare tenders for major projects. You will support with trade exhibitions and promote all company products.

This is a an exciting prospect for sales professionals or key account managers to join a manufacturer who have recently invested significantly in their facility and are striving for “World Class” manufacturer status. This is an autonomous role where you will have the scope to shape the success of the company moving forward.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

*New Business Development in the Utilities and Civils Industry Sector

*Account Management of existing accounts

*Promotion of new products and services

*To act as “the voice of the customer” on sales, design, quality, pricing and delivery

*Sales reporting

*Monitoring market and competitor trends and making suggestions for new products/services

*Tender preparation and proposals

*Working across Northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland – travel and stayaway will be required with this role.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

*Must have a proven track record in sales and account management

*Will ideally transfer with experience in utilities or civils sector and selling to civils merchants

*Applicants with experience working for a manhole covers and frames manufacturer or distributor in the relevant region will have a considerable advantage and are encouraged to apply.
