Private Medical Insurance - Customer Renewals Advisor
£25,000 - £27,000 plus excellent commission incentive paid every quarter.
Location: Shipley/Baildon
Hybrid working: 3 days office based, 2 days home based.
Role summary
One of our prestige commercial clients is looking for an Insurance Customer Service professional to join their busy and experienced customer care teams in a great international insurance provider offering superb development opportunities within this award-winning business.
It would particularly suit someone keen to start an insurance career or someone with experience as an Account Manager or as a Sales Advisor. Insurance experience is an advantage but not essential, as you will be managing some high-profile key customer accounts.
The role requires someone who is confident and enjoys building key relationships. Training is offered to develop you in your new career. You will be the first point of contact with customers for their renewals process.
Responsibilities
* Develop existing client accounts and manage the customer journey through the full renewals process.
* Engage in initial renewals, mid-way conversations, and assist with any claims the customers wish to process to build ongoing trust and relationships.
* Provide full customer support, advise customers on the next steps, update internal systems, manage email correspondence, and complete compliance applications, contracts and documentation.
* Set and work towards KPIs and sales development with an existing customer base.
Qualifications and skills
* Strong customer service skills with a professional and personable manner.
* Ability to engage with customers and identify specific requirements.
* Experience in updating internal systems and handling customer correspondence.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
* Confident telephone manner and reactive approach.

Hours
Hours are typically 9-5, Monday to Friday. Flexible start times available (08:00).
