IT Support Engineer Salary: Up to £37,000 per year Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working) Are you experienced in endpoint support and looking to join a dynamic IT team? Here at Khuda Technology we’re seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide Level 2 technical support and help keep our endpoint devices secure and running smoothly. Requirements * Deliver Level 2 support for endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, and mobile platforms. * Troubleshoot advanced hardware and software issues across Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android. * Manage and maintain endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM. * Deploy patches, software updates, and packages to keep all endpoints up to date. * Ensure endpoint security compliance using antivirus, encryption (BitLocker), vulnerability management, and other security tools. * Work closely with Level 1 Service Desk, providing support and escalating complex issues to Level 3 or vendors when needed. * Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to build a comprehensive knowledge base. * Participate in projects such as device migrations, upgrades, and automation to improve IT efficiency. Skills * 3 to 5 years’ experience in endpoint administration or desktop support. * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems. * Experience with endpoint management platforms, especially Microsoft Intune and SCCM. * Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and scripting (PowerShell preferred). * Understanding of endpoint security tools like Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, WDAC, DLP, and Microsoft Purview. * UK Security Clearance at BPSS level or above. * Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.
