Accountabilities
* Oversee and develop the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
* Manage reconciliations, audits, and regulatory compliance.
* Evaluate and improve accounting practices to enhance efficiency.
* Document policies and workflow for assigned areas.
* Assist planning and tax functions with routine analysis.
* Conduct various ad hoc financial analyses.
* Lead special departmental projects as assigned.
Requirements
* Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience with leadership duties.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
* CPA license preferred.
* Proficient in major accounting software, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
* Experience with financial reporting frameworks, including SOX.
