A fast-growing, multi-brand consumer group is about to embark on a major shift in how it plans, analyses, and measures performance. To support this transformation, we’re looking for a Head of FP&A to lead all planning, forecasting, reporting, and commercial insight across the Group on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in January.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of the Group’s FP&A function. Your remit will span planning cycles, consolidated reporting, performance insight and crucially a complete overhaul of the management accounts process.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Group
* Redesign and streamline the management accounts process from the ground up
* Create a clearer, more impactful monthly reporting pack for senior leadership
* Consolidate performance across multiple brands and entities
* Build robust financial models, scenario analyses, and KPIs
* Provide commercial insight to support pricing, investment cases, and new site openings
* Drive continuous improvement across systems, workflows, and reporting quality
What You’ll Bring
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience
* Proven track record in improving or rebuilding reporting and management accounts
* Excellent Excel and modelling capability
* Ability to communicate financial insight clearly to non-finance teams
* Experience in multi-entity or consumer-facing environments is beneficial
