Job Description
As an successful Compliance Administrator you will:
3. Assisting colleagues with on-going needs such as verifying documents, data entry and handling paperwork.
4. Engaging with the training and development of the team and understanding any associated guidance material.
5. Providing our external Installer network with feedback and guidance on compliance requirements.
6. Ensure the company's policies comply with regulatory and ethical standards
7. Ensuring that all queries are dealt with efficiently.
8. Assist with the implementation of effective compliance programs
9. Revise procedures and reports periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
10. Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
The Successful Applicant
A successful Compliance Administrator should have:
11. Minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade C or above (or equivalent) - must include English
12. Computer literacy
13. Experienced user of MS office including Excel
14. Previous experience in administration or office environment
15. Knowledge of the energy efficiency and fuel poverty sector
16. Good knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
17. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
18. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
