Here at E-ppl we are a managed services business who specialise in supporting our customers predominately in the Automotive and Manufacturing Sector. We are looking for someone who is looking to start their career in Recruitment. Training will be provided.

As a Trainee Recruitment Coordinator, youll play a key part in connecting skilled automotive professionals with some of the biggest names in the sector. Youll support recruitment operations from job posting to candidate onboarding
Advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate outreach
Schedule and conduct candidate interviews
Maintain accurate data within our Applicant Tracking System and data platforms
Assist with compliance and onboarding paperwork
Build strong relationships with candidates and onsite managers
Requirements
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools
Previous experience in customer service/admin is a plus but not essential
