Our Fabulous client are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Customer Service Team Leader to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
In this role, you’ll oversee a number of Customer Service Team Leaders and their teams, ensuring high performance, strong leadership, and an exceptional customer experience across the function.
The salary for this role is circa £50,000 with the office being based close to High Wycombe. The role has the potential to be hybrid after probation. With the working hours of 9am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Customer Service Team Leader role are:

Lead, coach, and support a team of Customer Service Team Leaders

Oversee performance, ensuring KPIs and service standards are consistently met
*
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence
*
Analyse performance data and implement strategies for improvement
*
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
*
Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer issues
Skills required for the Senior Customer Service Team Leader role are:

Proven experience in a senior customer service or contact centre leadership role
*
Strong people management skills, with experience leading leaders
*
Data-driven with the ability to translate insight into action
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
