You will inherit warm client relationships and active candidate pipelines, but there will be a strong emphasis on business development to expand Reed's presence within this product‑based market especially within engineering and manufacturing sectors. You'll also collaborate closely with Swindon's other divisions to share leads, maximise opportunities, and support long‑term, sustainable growth.
