Responsibilities
Our Territory Sales Representatives are vital to our business growth. You will build strong relationships with existing and potential new account holders, gaining new accounts through a variety of methods to achieve and exceed targets. It is your responsibility to ensure that the account base across each depot consistently grows and that new customers fully understand the Howdens model and its benefits.
You will collaborate with Business Developers and Kitchen Sales Designers to convert sales, ensuring a higher sale per account and more frequent trading from the account base. You will actively participate in sales meetings chaired by the Lead Sales Representative to share best demonstrable practices with other Territory Sales Representatives in the area.
You have autonomy and can seek new business opportunities while organising your own diary to develop the customer base in each depot within the territory.
