Job Description We have a great opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated EHS Site Manager, with a drive for improvement and ability to make decisions to work in a fast paced rotating machines manufacturing environment. As EHS Site Manager you will report to the EHS Leader and work closely with the manufacturing team. Based at Rugby, your key responsibilities will be: Actively work with the business to change and improve the HSE Culture Challenge the status quo and practices and focus on identifying improvements Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on continual improvements Own the HSE KPI’s, analyse the data, then drive tactical and strategic programmes for improvement Manage and support risk reduction of high-risk operations, such as electrical safety, working at height, lifting operations etc Liaise with external agencies such as Local Authorities, HSE and the EA Undertake incident investigations and root cause analyses. Manage & maintain ISO14001 and ISO45001 accreditation.
