Job Description
As Sales Administrator, you will:
* Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* Maintain and update customer records in the internal database.
* Prepare sales reports and assist with data analysis for the team.
* Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and provide updates on orders.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and scheduling.
