Baltic Recruitment are seeking a number of dedicated and detail-oriented Process Operators to join our client based in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the operation and monitoring of production processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards. This position requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any issues or maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any anomalies encountered.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions swiftly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the production process.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Operate the counterbalance FLT as and when required.Experience
Previous experience as a Process Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
Familiarity with production processes and machinery operation is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

£12.93 - £15.17 per hour
Shifts
7am-3pm Monday to Friday (whilst being trained)
After Training, 5:30am-5:30pm / 5:30pm-5:30am, 4 on 6 off (Continentals)
