Hayley Dexis has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated External Salesperson to join our experienced team at our BML Llandudno Branch. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will travel across North Wales and Cheshire, maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying upselling opportunities and building new accounts. Prior sales experience is desirable, ideally with some engineering background.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate sales through cold calling, door‑knocking and customer outreach.
* Develop and maintain relationships with quarry, engineering and small‑business customers.
* Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
* Deliver high‑quality presentations and product demos.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
* High level of motivation and enthusiasm to drive sales.
* Strong IT and systems knowledge.
* Prior sales experience preferred; full training available.
* Confident communicator, not afraid to cold‑call across industries.
* Ability to work autonomously and be trusted to deliver.
* Strong interest in learning our product range and engineering.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; 8:30 am–5:30 pm.

Interviews will be held at our Llandudno Branch and will include a 1‑hour skills and experience interview; additional stages may be added.
