About the Role: Mobile Cleaner
Are you proactive, hands-on, and looking for a role that keeps you on your feet and constantly engaged? We're looking for a Mobile Cleaner to support our dynamic operations team. This is a fast-paced, field-based position perfect for someone with stamina, flexibility, and ambition.
You'll play a key part in delivering top-quality cleaning services, managing specialist jobs, covering emergency absences, and supporting the onboarding of new contracts.
Location: Chorley
Pay: £15 per hour
Perks: £350 monthly car allowance

Key Responsibilities
* Perform specialist cleans including carpet, deep floor, and spring cleans
* Cover emergency shifts and support operational continuity
* Assist with new contract setups – from equipment delivery to team coordination
* Supervise and manage cleaning teams on-site to ensure high standards
* Liaise directly with clients and respond to feedback
* Complete essential reports and attend monthly ops meetings
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Minimum 3 years' cleaning industry experience
* Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
* A hands-on, flexible, 'can-do' attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a larger operations team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Tech-savvy – confident with Microsoft Office and smartphones
* A full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years, max 6 penalty points)
* Your own vehicle
