Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly, rural-feel primary school in Telford for an experienced and nurturing Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team on a full-time basis for the remainder of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Role
As the Reception Teacher, you will:
Lead a Reception class within the EYFS framework
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning opportunities
Create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment
Support children's development across all areas of learning
Monitor progress and complete accurate assessments in line with EYFS requirements
Work closely with parents, carers, and support staff
Provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has recent experience teaching within EYFS/Reception
Has strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early child development
Has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management
Is patient, creative, and passionate about early years education
Works effectively as part of a team
