2. Owning our cyber incident response capability, ensuring fast, effective action when it matters most
3. Managing and optimising our third-party SOC and Infosec partner relationship
4. Driving our vulnerability management programme across cloud, web and on-prem infrastructure
5. Leading proactive security activity including threat hunting and BAS testing
6. Supporting major programmes and projects to ensure security is embedded from day one
7. Partnering with Governance, Risk & Compliance teams to ensure robust, audit-ready controls
8. Producing clear, insightful reporting and KPIs to inform and influence senior leadership
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a credible security leader who can operate at both technical depth and strategic level.
9. Strong background in information security operations and incident management
10. Proven experience leading teams, suppliers and complex security services
11. Deep understanding of frameworks such as NIST, OWASP, ITIL and GDPR
12. Experience managing high-severity cyber incidents end-to-end
13. Ability to translate complex security topics into clear business language
14. A confident, engaging leader who can influence at all levels
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CEH are a plus, but real-world impact matters most.
What you’ll get in return
15. The opportunity to shape security across a large, diverse UK business
16. Ownership of a critical function with real visibility and impact
17. A leadership role with scope to drive change and modernise our approach
18. The chance to work with talented teams across technology and the wider business
