We're looking for a Growth Manager who can own our full-funnel performance marketing strategy for a high growth start up. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves data-driven marketing and wants to make a real impact on business growth.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market testing
Create compelling ad copy and brief creative assets
A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and campaign structures Conversion Rate Optimisation
Monitor and report on conversion metrics, user experience improvements
Strategy & Analysis
Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Build detailed reporting dashboards and provide weekly/monthly performance insights
5-6 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing
~ Strong background in conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing
~ Excellent project management and organisational abilities
Creative thinking for campaign concepts and testing hypotheses
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools
Previous experience in CPG, Beauty, Wellness or high-performance brands
Experience with testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, etc.)
