Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting aclient in search of anOutbound Contact Centre Agent to join their busy Sales team based in Bedminster.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys a fast-paced, outbound-focused role and thrives in a structured contact centre environment.
DAY TO DAY
* Handle outbound enquiries via phone, email, and web submissions.
* Book appointments quickly and accurately, in line with company procedures and availability.
* Manage and update Consultant diaries in advance, including re-visits.
* Monitor and action awaiting appointments, web enquiries, postponed and cancelled bookings.
* Send appointment confirmations and reminder emails and text messages.
* Ensure appointment outcomes are updated accurately on the CRM system.
* Organise out-of-area appointment coverage where required.
* Support other agents to ensure appointments are booked efficiently.
* Carry out ad hoc customer care calls and feedback findings to the management team.
WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE
* Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, sales or appointment-booking role.
* Confidence handling high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work to scripts, processes, and data accuracy standards.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
AND FOR YOU
* Hourly pay of £13.00 per hour plus holiday pay and commission.
* Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, office-based in Bedminster.
* Structured working environment with full training provided.

* Potential weekend and bank holiday work, with notice provided.
