Responsibilities
Drive European revenue and unit growth by implementing data-driven strategies and ensuring consistent operational execution.
Create and deploy localized market strategies that establish the portfolio as the preferred choice for healthcare providers and systems.
Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory departments to deliver synchronized and high-impact initiatives.
Cultivate relationships with established industry leaders and partner with local teams to recruit new clinical advocates.
Facilitate clinical education and innovation through physician engagement programs, specialized workshops, and Centers of Excellence.
Orchestrate high-impact marketing campaigns, advisory boards, and major congresses to drive measurable results.
Equip local teams with the strategic direction and assets necessary to customize plans and accelerate market adoption.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring launch readiness and seamless regional-to-local coordination.
Synthesize market trends and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and refine the overall strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in product or marketing management in MedTech industry
Ability to work 4 days office based
Travel 50% across Europe
