New Opportunity – Business Operations Team Leader | Remote | 6 Months FTC Secondment

I’m working with a well-established, mission-driven education provider currently seeking a Business Operations Team Leader to join their business operations department. This is a 6-month, full-time fixed-term contract with fully remote working and the opportunity to lead meaningful change and service improvements.

Role Highlights
As Business Operations Team Leader, you will:
* Manage and maintain administrative processes and service standards
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
* Use data insights and feedback to identify and mitigate risks to the student experience
* Support strategic projects and initiatives alongside senior leaders
* Lead change implementation within a fast-paced academic environment
* Must have HE background
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in operations or administrative management
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
* A confident communicator and team collaborator
* Proactive mindset with a focus on customer service and outcomes
* Must have background in working in HE
Candidates must be UK-based and have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
The Offer
* Salary: £30,627 per annum
* Contract: 6-month fixed term (full time)
* Location: Remote (2 in-person team days during the contract)
