About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market-leading expertise from four civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, and BAM Nuttall. All partners have specialist skills in designing, constructing, operating, financing, and maintaining railway networks, including Europe's latest high-speed rail projects.
We are seeking a Sub Agent to join our team in the Greatworth to Southam area.
The Sub Agent will assist with construction strategies, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation such as Method Statements, Environmental and Quality Plans, construction programs, procurement, and design deliverable schedules.
This role involves liaising with the Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labor, plant, materials, and temporary works to meet standards, schedules, and budgets. The Sub Agent will manage the site engineering team and oversee the performance and development of site and Section Engineers. Ensuring construction operations conform to contract requirements and adhere to SHEQ standards is a key responsibility.
The role also includes assisting with the production of programs, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contributing to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control.

EKFB is a joint venture combining expertise from Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction, and BAM Nuttall. We have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works on an 80km section of the new high-speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood, including viaducts, green tunnels, road diversions, overbridges, and extensive excavation.

About You
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* HNC/Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or equivalent
* Knowledge and practical experience in Site Engineering and construction supervision
* Experience in quality assurance and geotechnical management preferred
* Strong team skills
* Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
* SMSTS certification
* Valid CSCS card (Black, Gold, White, White/Yellow, Red Experienced, or Red Provisional for 6 months)
