Job Overview
Join us at Phillips and Cohen Associates (UK) Ltd as a Customer Service Advisor, also called ‘Estate Care Specialist’ in our Manchester contact centre. We work on behalf of over 70 of the UK’s largest creditors supporting customers to resolve accounts through probate.
Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis you will be engaging with both our clients and customers to provide a ‘Best in Class’ service, whilst adhering to our core values of Compassion, Compliance, Commitment & Innovation.
Schedule and Hybrid Working
We are looking for 10 people to join us at our next available start date of 1st June 2026. Roles are full time with a 3‑week training plan. Working hours are:
* Monday - Thursday (alternating 8am‑4pm and 12pm‑8pm)
* Friday (alternating 8am‑3.30pm and 10am‑5.30pm)
* Saturday (9am‑1pm, one in four Saturdays)
Hybrid working is available. Initially all staff are based in our office in Salford Quays, M5 3EF. After achieving core competencies, colleagues may work from office and home part of the week. Office location is close to the Exchange Quay tram stop and offers free on‑site parking, bike storage and shower facilities.
