About the Role
Our Insurance Advisors are a key part of our business, engaging with customers to provide advice on new products, renewals, and understanding their needs. We aim to offer a market-leading customer experience, driven by your efforts.

The team currently works in a hybrid manner: Mondays and Fridays from home, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the office.

Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, understanding their needs and providing suitable insurance solutions.
2. Answer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and adherence to business standards.
3. Manage daily email correspondences and renewal processes from invitation to completion.
4. Complete all workflow activities according to approved business processes.
5. Comply with all procedures, customer service standards, and external regulations.
6. Maintain the required competencies for the role.
7. Identify and handle customer complaints within the company's complaints procedure.
8. Have experience in the insurance industry.
9. Experience in Charities insurances and/or commercial combined is preferred but not essential.
10. Possess an engaging personal communication style.
11. Maintain a positive attitude, resilience, adaptability, receptiveness, and articulate communication.
12. Be competent in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
