The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile teams, public sector (GDS), dealing with stakeholders across technical teams, business change teams and end users. Experience in Identity and Access management is desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Elicit and define business requirements with stakeholders,
* Work with developers to produce well-crafted user stories, assist with mapping stories to enterprise backlog and roadmap items,
* Support, promote, and facilitate SAFe (Agile) ways of working across the team. Agree on the Definition of Ready for backlog items and ensure they are met. Work with product managers to plan backlog items across program increments.
* Help identify and engage with a wide range of end-user teams, managing their stakeholder expectations in line with guidance from the Project Team and Product Owners,
* Work with a Lead Business Analyst to oversee all requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations,
* Research, gather requirements, analyze, design processes, and create user stories for topics such as:
* Identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver)
* Contractor registration
* Access management processes (request, approve, review, revoke)
* Service provisioning, including Office365, SharePoint, productivity tools
* Self-service tools for managers and end users, including password recovery
* Flag identified dependencies to Solution Architect and Project Managers regarding migration paths,
* Assess high-level feasibility – understand complex technical architecture and ensure proposed solutions are aligned.
