OBJECTIVE:To use your selling ability and proficient telephone skills to source and recruit the best candidates. To be confident and persuasive when conducting calls and to quickly grasp and learn the necessary recruitment skills though the training provided that will develop you into a recruitment professional.
If you can demonstrate a strong recruitment or sales background you will be considered. You must be confident in talking to prospective clients and candidates. There is great potential to exceed the advertised salary based on your own efforts and work commitment. Ongoing training is provided with individuals encouraged to successfully develop within the company.
