Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Training & Procedures Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of training documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and managing a well-organised library of training resources.
Ensure all training documents and SOPs are accurate, up to date, and compliant with industry standards.
Training Resource Management: Develop and maintain a centralised library of training materials to support consistent and effective delivery.
Training Integration: Collaborate closely with senior learning and development leadership to ensure corporate training content is effectively integrated.
Provide regular reports to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on training performance, compliance, and areas for improvement.
Software Implementation: Lead the adoption and use of new software tools to enhance training efficiency and document control.
Proven experience in training management, procedural development, or a related field
Proficiency in training software and document management systems
