* Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage complex deliverables, timelines, and cross-enterprise implementations.
* Engage with business clients early to align IT initiatives with strategic goals.
* Identify, negotiate, and document business requirements across multiple groups.
* Facilitate IT planning and estimation processes.
* Manage delivery of business cases, scope documents, use cases, test plans, and rollout communication.
* Serve as the main liaison with programs and business solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
* Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, ensuring IT solutions support business priorities.
* Analyze trade-offs between customer requirements and technical constraints.
* Document current systems and define future-state architecture.
