About the Role As a Senio Service Advisor, you will play a key role within the dealership, acting as the main point of contact between our customers and the workshop. This is a customer-focused position where you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service and ensuring an excellent customer experience at every stage. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations Keeping customers updated throughout the service or repair process Building long-term, trusted customer relationships Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate Following up to ensure customer satisfaction About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous customer-facing experience (essential) Strong communication and relationship-building skills The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment A professional, confident and customer-focused approach Must have strong keyloop knowledge Why Join Vertu?
