Purpose of the Job
The IT Project Manager the planning, execution and delivery of the IT workstream of the CX Project understanding how the constituent workstreams and satellite projects fit into each other and the broader organisation. Most importantly the IT Project Manager will oversee how best to execute the IT workstreams simultaneously.
The role holder will act as the high-level coordinator of all activities to deliver the implementation of the IT Architecture as defined in the IT Solution design. This relies on ensuring timely completion of the IT implementation and will help to maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders while guiding the different project teams to fulfil the company’s objectives.
Main Responsibilities
* Creating and implementing IT project plans and schedules
* Identifying and mitigating IT potential risks and challenges
* Communicating and collaborating with other project team members and stakeholders
* Coordinating with vendors related to the IT project to validate that delivery is in line with their contractual obligations
* Supervising project managers and monitoring progress and providing coaching as required
* Collaborating with Workstream Project Managers to ensure consistent application of approach, methods and best practice across the programme

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Strong IT leadership and management skills
* Time management and multitasking abilities
* Verbal and non-verbal communication skills
* Risk management
* Strong IT project experience with large and complex projects
* The ability to understand the wider objectives of the program, including the strategic goals
* Strong IT leadership and managerial skills with 15+ years of experience
* Experience of working in a regulated environment would be advantageous
* Proven vender management experience particularly with global SaaS deployments and transitioning the solution into BAU
* Previous experience of process and compliance related projects would be beneficial
