Shift Patterns - rotating days and nights
06:00 – 18:00 (Fri-Sun, 36 hrs) @ £14.00/hr
18:00 – 06:00 (Fri-Sun, 36 hrs) @ £15.92/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and adjust machinery to ensure efficient production
Perform quality checks and resolve issues with the maintenance team
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work with other departments to meet customer quality standards
Requirements:
Manufacturing or mechanical/engineering experience
PLC experience is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and willingness to help improve site operations
