Responsibilities
* Take the lead day to day, building a brilliant team and setting clear direction.
* Hire, coach, and develop staff; manage recruiting and onboarding.
* Oversee merchandising, visual display, and inventory management.
* Handle payroll, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
* Collaborate with District and Regional Managers to identify growth opportunities and drive performance.
