Food Production Operatives required in Wellingborough!
Pay: £12.21 – £13.41 per hour (depending on shift pattern) Plus Holiday pay accrued at 12.07%
Shifts Available:
* Days: 6:54am – 3:00pm
* Backs: 2:54pm – 11:00pm
* Nights: 10:54pm – 7:00am

The role
We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join a fast-paced food production facility in Wellingborough. This is a practical, team‑based role in a busy environment.
A paid induction and Food Safety Level 2 certification are required before starting.
Key duties
* Assist with the smooth running of the production line
* Pack and prepare products for dispatch
* Perform quality checks to meet product and safety standards
* Maintain a clean and organised work area using 6S principles
* Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
* Aged 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
* Ability to lift up to 25kg and work on your feet for extended periods
* Attention to detail and a focus on quality
* Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable
