As a Senior Transformation Manager, you will be project managing a wide range of business projects and programs within the Cromwell Hospital and broader Bupa Health Services businesses. This may encompass all stages of the project life cycle including investigation, analysis of business requirements, identification of solutions, implementation and post implementation review. It is a critical role supporting delivery of the business’s transformation strategy, covering a diverse range of strategic ambitions, requiring collaboration with a broad mix of stakeholders. Key Skills / Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate others by encouraging participation and ownership Project Management experience with expertise in Agile methodologies Flexible attitude to change well versed in the principles of change management with ability to coach others through the process of change Able to take a non-directive approach to problems, work with teams to provide processes to enable others to reach their own solutions Builds and maintain credible relationships, instils confidence and trust in colleagues by demonstrating a sound knowledge and understanding Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organisation Ability to influence and persuade, through highlighting common benefits and negotiating with relevant parties to achieve results.
